What is SeeSaw?
SeeSaw is our digital class journal. It is very similar to an online blog. In 1st grade we use SeeSaw in many ways: digital assignments, take pictures of their work, receive thoughtful feedback etc. Student work is not posted on our SeeSaw page until a teacher approves the work.
SeeSaw is an amazing tool for collaborating among peers AND home to school. Families can connect with your student's SeeSaw page too! As a family member you can see your student's work, comment on their progress and like their submissions. |
Using Tools in SeeSaw
Watch the video below to learn more about the different tools students can use when engaging in SeeSaw.
Connecting to Your Student's SeeSaw Class
Connecting with student work and seeing what is going in inside of the classroom is easier with SeeSaw. As a family member, you can connect to your student's SeeSaw page. You will only see their work. As a connected family member you will get notified when your student completes tasks or when a teacher posts a message on SeeSaw.
In order to protect our SeeSaw class, SeeSaw requires a special login code or QR to connect to classroom pages. Please contact your student's teacher for the special code. |
